Delivery times depend on so many factors, your location, the piece of furniture you have chosen from the site, finishes, specifications and how many items you ask for. There are some items that are made to order and others that are ready to be dispatched.

When you place an order we will contact you to let you know delivery times and also will ask you to fill a site survey, so we can ensure that everything runs smoothly for both of us on the delivery date.

It's a trade-off worth the wait. We will ensure you receive quality furniture at the best price. If we are working with you on bespoke furniture items we will let you know the lead times before you place an order with us. So you can have peace of mind over your project.We work close with our suppliers to reduce lead times and avoid delays. We work hard to ensure you receive your orders just right when you were expecting them.


TreeChristmas Delivery

We encourage all our customers to place orders during the 1st and 2nd week of December to avoid any dissapointments.
We work hard to ensure that we deliver your items as soon as they are ready and there will be no problem with deliveries before the 23rd December. We just need to make sure manufacturers have enough time to make your furniture.


MoneyDelivery Fees

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders with a net value of £500 or over. For orders under £500 you will be charged £50 + VAT for the delivery service.

If I order several items, will they be delivered at the same time?

It depends as some of our suppliers are further than others and also some items take a longer manufacturing time. However, most of the time we are able to arrange for the items to be delivered at the same time. If you have any delivery preferences just get in touch with us.

Can I change my delivery address?

Of course! Just contact us and we'll update your details. However, this needs to happen at least 24 hours before the agreed delivery date. Otherwise, it would be impossible to us to re-direct the delivery which will lead to an extra charge for a second delivery.

Can I track my orders?

Some of our furniture suppliers are based in other European countries. The shipping of their products takes a bit longer time. However, we are normally able to get exact delivery dates and track their delivery.  Once you have place an order we will let you know the delivery date and we will remind you of the delivery closer to the date.

If your items are being shipped into the UK we will then give you all the necessary information to do the tracking if you want to.
