We deliver to all United Kingdom mainland addresses with a full postcode

Delivery Times:

Delivery times depend on so many factors, your location, the type of furniture you have chosen, finishes, specifications and how many items you ask for. There are some items that are made to order and others that are ready to be dispatched. If we are working with you on bespoke furniture items we will let you know the estimated lead time before you place an order with us.

For all other items we can give you an estimate but this will not be confirmed until your order is received and processed.

We work close with our suppliers to reduce lead times and avoid delays.

Delivery Fees:

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders with a net value of £500 or over. For orders under £500 you will be charged £50.00 + VAT for the delivery service.

Delivery Times:

If I order several items, will they be delivered at the same time?

It depends as we deal with many suppliers that have differing lead times. However, we can delay delivery of some items so that they arrive around the same time as the items with the longest lead times.

Can I change my delivery address?

Some of our furniture suppliers are based in other European countries. The shipping of their products takes a bit longer. However, we are normally able to get exact delivery dates and track their delivery.

Once you have placed an order we will let you know the estimated delivery date and we will remind you of the delivery closer to the date.

Of course! Just contact us and we’ll update your details. However, this needs to happen at least 48 hours before the agreed delivery date. Otherwise, it would be impossible to us to re-direct the delivery which will lead to an extra charge for a second delivery.
