chair icon    What if I have received a damaged product?    

 

We supply high quality products and  make sure they are delivered and installed carefully. However, if you have received defective merchandise, it will be rectified without any charge so long as it has been brought to our notice within seven days of delivery or installation. It is highly advisable that you inspect the product and report to us any damages or shortages within 24 hours of delivery. 


chair icon    Can I return a product that is not damaged?   


Because most of our products have specific features and are made to order, we do not accept returns if a product is not damaged or faulty. However, under exceptional circumstances it could be arranged. Please contact us for details. It should be noted that such returns will be subject to a charge. 


chair icon    My product has been damaged due to wear and tear. Can I change it?   

 

We do not accept any liability for any issues arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, misuse, alteration or repair that was done without our approval in writing. However, subject to these Conditions and except where the Buyer is a consumer (as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977) all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by status or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We ensure that all the products are delivered on time. But, if a delay or failure occurs due to any cause beyond our reasonable control then it cannot be returned.
