What if I have received a damaged product?

We supply high quality products and make sure they are delivered and installed carefully. However, if you have received defective merchandise it will be rectified without any charge. We advise you to inspect the product and report to us any damages or shortages within 24 hours of delivery.

Can I return a product that is not damaged?

As most of our products have specific features and are made to order, we do not accept returns if a product is not damaged or faulty. However, under exceptional circumstances it may be possible and we will help as best we can as we want you to be happy with your purchase.

It should be noted that such returns will be subject to a charge.

My product has been damaged due to wear and tear. Can I change it?

We do not accept any liability for any issues arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, misuse or alterations or repairs that were carried out without our approval in writing.

Can I return a product if it is not delivered on time?

We do our upmost to ensure that all the products are delivered on time. If however a delay or failure occurs due to any cause beyond our reasonable control then it cannot be returned and we will not be liable or deemed to be in breach of the Contract.

What warranty do you offer?

Our warranty varies depending on the product. In general terms most are covered for one year. For specific product warranties please contact us. We would be more than happy to advise you.
